Refund and Cancellation Policies:
1. Rescheduling: Chirpy Heart Counseling and Consultancy understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. Therefore, we allow clients to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability. However, all bookings are non-refundable.
2. Payment Policy: Payment for all services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through UPI and Razorpay to ensure a secure and convenient transaction process.
3. Cancellation: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. While we cannot refund your payment, we can work with you to reschedule your appointment for a later date, subject to availability.
4. No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full payment will be forfeited, and the appointment will not be rescheduled automatically. However, clients can contact us to discuss the possibility of arranging a new appointment, subject to availability.
5. Exceptional Circumstances: Chirpy Heart Counseling and Consultancy understands that there may be exceptional circumstances beyond a client’s control that may require special consideration. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly to discuss their situation, and we will do our best to accommodate their needs within reason.
By booking an appointment with Chirpy Heart Counseling and Consultancy and making a payment through UPI or Razorpay, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these refund and cancellation policies.
